[Bf-committers] Update Python library to 3.5.3

Hi platform maintainers,

I’d like to request update of our python library to 3.5.3 (we are 
currently at 3.5.2).

This fixes https://developer.blender.org/T51415. While not being 
critical issue at all, Blender 2.79 will likely be around for many 
months, and we only intend to move to py 3.6 for Blender2.8, so better 
fix as many issues as possible in 2.79. ;)
