[Bf-committers] Request for a Wiki Account

Hi,

Ton, are you talking about add-on guideline or the guideline of code
submission on developer.blender.org?

The first one I'm not sure, but should be easy to get from wiki page
history. The latter one is coming from me I guess, with refinement from
other core devs.
