[Bf-committers] Real name for commit authors, please

Hi,

Noticed there are nick names used as commit authors recently. Please use
real names instead.

For the patches coming from developer.b.o which are not submiotted with
arcanist, you can specify commit author by `git commit --author "Real Name
<>"` or just reference name in the commit message and author commit
yourself.
