[Bf-committers] OpenSubdiv update required

Hi,

Was investigating crash of microdisplacement in Cycles with recent builds.
It appears to be a bug in OpenSubdiv 3.1.0. There is an available fix for
that [1] which was included into OpenSubdiv 3.1.1 release.

Platform maintainers, please update your OpenSubdiv libraries.

I've already took care of Linux and poked buildbot and verified the new
builds do not crash anymore.
