[Bf-committers] Phabricator workers temporarily stopped

Hey,

Just a heads that that the Phabricator daemons (PHD) that are responsible
for polling the repositories will be disabled for a few hours tonight to
help look into an issue with MySQL sucking up swap faster than a black hole
orbiting the server :) This shouldn't do much other than delay updates in
the website.
