[Bf-committers] Bug report links for phab projects

Hi,

I am writing this to get the thoughts on having a bug report link
for every project on https://developer.blender.org/

There are already a couple of projects who have set this up
such as the Documentation [1] and Pillar [2] projects.

This would make it easier for users to know how to report a bug
for a specific project. For example, if a user asks how they should
report a bug on one of Blender's website instead of telling them to
go to the report bug page [3] then modifying the tag they can instead
they can simply be told to got to the website project.

This would also allow different report forms for each project.
