[Bf-committers] missing scripts in addon folder

In a sub-repository. So you also need "git submodule foreach git pull" or
so to get them. I am assuming you have initialized sub-repositories
properly when you cloned blender. If not you need to do that. Check the
wiki for the full build procedure.
