[Bf-committers] [Bf-docboard] Blender Manual CSS tests

[Aaron Carlisle]

Updated the project with the following changes:

- Use Blender blue coloring
- Add Blender Logo near the search box
- Change the coloring scheme for toctrees

These changes are available on the same site as before.
