[Bf-committers] GSoC: Package Manager (for add-on’s and possibly other resources)

Hi

I'm an engineering student from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka and
I'm interested in the Package Manager (for add-on’s and possibly other
resources) project. I'm familiar with Python and have been using it for a
while.

However I'm not at all familiar with Blender and wish to get in touch with
the community.

Also is this project open and how can I contribute?
