[Bf-committers] Google Summer of Code 2016 - Adding CAD functionality to Blender

merging the code on bf master is not in my hands, should be accepted, and
some efforts should be done to avoid problems with others parts of code.
Some time ago I proposed to create branch in bf repo, but was no performed.

Some years ago i started the creation of the new space (on blender 2.4x)
for formal drawings, but i did not finished it.  I think that for that
purpose could be re-used the Freestyle code to get the view.
