[Bf-committers] Libraries update

Since we are in updating mood (and current 'official' ffmpeg 2.1.5 
version does not build with latest vpx lib),
we decided to also bump ffmpeg to latest stable version: 2.8.4.

Install_deps.sh will be updated now, only needs a few new link options. ;)
