[Bf-committers] Viewport project - plan of action

Hi,
(cross-posting, bf-comitters and bf-viewport)

Clément Foucault started working this week for Blender, and he came
over the institute to discuss a "viewport kickoff".

We (Ton, and Sergey included) cooked together the follow plan of action:

I will port this over to the wiki soon. In fact, I'm planning to
reorganize the Blender 2.8 wiki docs. I think it's really hard right
now to get a clear picture of the valid plans by looking at the posted
docs there.
