[Bf-committers] Missing libraries building 2.80 branch with MSVC2015

We've updated a few libraries last week to new versions, these changes have been
accounted for in master but have not yet made it into the 2.8 branch.  If you need
to build 2.8 at this point in time, you're required to check out the libs before these
changes got committed, you can do this by running the following command in your
libs folder

svn up -r 61756
