[Bf-committers] Split platform checks in main CMake file

Hey everyone,

Today spent some time on platform maintenance and found it totally unfun
working with current main CMake file: it is getting too long, so it's no
longer clear what exact part of it you're working on.

Prepares quick patch [1] which just moves platform-specific library stuff
to separate files. While we had quick agreement in IRC about this, it does
affect platform maintainers and some other developers who are not currently
online. Would be cool to have feedback from them :)

So what do you think?
