[Bf-committers] Revisions for 2.77a

Those two are to be removed totally, fix issues in recent new code that 
never went into 2.77:
Fix own regression in rBc08924bf94f2dff 
- foreach ID looper was broken due to missing initialization.

Those two can be totally ignored too, the second fully reverts the first

Other newly proposed own commits are fine I think (safe one-liners, or 
safe-ish particles fixes - given current particles state…),
but none of them are regression fixes.
