[Bf-committers] Wiki pages about using buildbot

Hey devs,

Today during meeting point was raised, that aside from some (old) mails 
on this ML, there was no doc about how to use buildbot to create master 
or experimental builds.

So added those two to http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Dev:Doc/Process:
   * Force master builds on buildbot
