[Bf-committers] Blender 2.76 final tag

Hey everyone,

We finally released 2.76. This is just a quick notification about tags
status.

- Yes, we re-tagged sources again -- some last minute major regression
fixes. Instructiosn from the previous mail are to be used to make sure
locally checked out tags are pointing to a proper revisions.

- Windows libraries have been now tagged as well.
