[Bf-committers] Python 3.5 update, dropping Python3.4 soon

Hi, since we've mostly completed the upgrade to Python3.5,
in a week or so we'll disable Blender building with Python 3.4x.

Note that CMake now checks for Python3.5x,
On Linux, if you want to create a new CMake build directory using
Python 3.4x now,
you'll need to pass the argument: -DPYTHON_VERSION=3.4
