[Bf-committers] Server updates and short downtime

Hi,

Everything seemed to go okay with the upgrades, and the services should be
all back to normal. Sergey is still tinkering with some phabricator stuff
behind the scenes to try to debug some daemon startup script issues, so you
may have intermittent Phabricator access, but it shouldn't be a problem for
too long.

While we did checks to see that things are running good, it is possible
that I may have missed something less obvious. If so, please be sure to
drop me a line. Thanks, and sorry for the disruption! o/
