[Bf-committers] Viewport GL background

As a matter of fact those settings used to be in an "opengl" section in 
the render panel of the properties editor. I'm not sure why they were 
moved, but they are actually the same settings as BI's anti-aliasing and 
transparency settings.

You'll noticed that the BI settings change when you change them in the 
info panel, and vice-versa.
