(Not speaking for BF, but since nobody else replied).

Having some tutorials on Blender dev may be OK,
but really anyone wanting to develop software can follow general
C/C++/Python tutorials,
same for learning more advanced maths.

Just keeping our docs on how to build Blender updated on all platforms
takes time,
so don't think it really makes sense for us to get heavily involved in
developer tutorials/documentation,
taking focus away from our own development.
