[Bf-committers] Confusing Cycles Render: Trancparency in Preview ok, in final Render ignored...

Bug or fatal user error????
Has somebody an idea?

Add Shader:
1) Trancparenct BDSF
2) Emission Shader
Image Texture with UV Map and Transparency flow (png)
Emission Color connected with Color of Texture
Emission Strength connected with Alpha of Texture.

As you see in the Screenshot below,
the Material is rendered correct (blue part of Flame is transparent)
But on the final Render Image the Emission-Strength is ignored, and the 
Emission has the strength 1 over the full object...
