Hi,

While final tweaks are being made to the RC1 page we can safely consider
git to be open for development.

Please avoid doing huge refactors/cleanups for until final release is done
and concentrate on making blender stable.

For the regression issues you're fixing please note this it in the commit
message so we'll backport revisions to the final release branch.
