[Bf-committers] Is MSVC2008 still to be supported?

 From what I recall of that time period, MSVC 2010 was dropped because 
support was never fully developed. Development favored 2013. Now that 
we've got 2013 established, I see no reason to go backwards. I don't 
remember if there were particular advantages in 2010 versus 2008.
