[Bf-committers] New Idea for compositor

Hello

As I was creating a scene in Blender, I went to the compositor of Blender
to add a vignette. It takes time and is a combination of many nodes. Even
other people find this tedious. I have added a vignette node group in my
Blender start up file and it works properly. It's much easier and I have
decided to share this with all the users of Blender worldwide.
