[Bf-committers] Can't copy Greasepencil datablock

Ok, it is not implemented. So the documentation in the SDK is wrong.
Can someone please implement it? I would do it myself, but it it beyond my
skillset. I try to script a greasepencil addon, but not being able to copy a
datablock just makes it impossible.
