[Bf-committers] Proposal - new meeting schedule for 2016

Hi Nicholas,

This seems to only work for New York time?
I was studying on a nice simple diagram too. Nice to look at in a couple of days.

Just for now - next meeting is on the 9th at 10 AM Los Angeles time.

And a happy 2016 for everyone!
