[Bf-committers] Unassigned reports

Hey everyone,

I know it's a holiday season and so on, but still need to bring some
annoying topic -- dealing with the bug tracker.

There's quite a bit of unassigned reports which seems legit and such. If
everyone will go over the list, check if it's a Bug or a TODO or know if
it's in his area and assign to self that'd help.

Also, please check reports assigned to you, if there are old ones they're
likely a subject for the TODO label. If they're legit ones, please mention
a quick update there.
