[Bf-committers] Proposal - new meeting schedule for 2016

Hello folks.

I haven't actively done any coding for Blender since Tears of Steel, so
perhaps I'm more well known as the FreeBSD build guy.

One of the major difficulties I faced while trying to code anything
significant to Blender was in fact the time zone issue. (I'm in the same
timezone as Chicago, IL USA)

Weekly meetings were/are always during Church for me, so I was never to
attend them. It also proved difficult that during my most free/productive
"after work" hours, many of the devs were no longer available via IRC due
to it being middle of the night for the bulk of them. I distinctly recall
it being tough enough that when Campbell took over for me the coding of a
part I was working on, it came as nothing but a huge relief. This was due
to my inability to discuss things during hours conducive to the majority of
devs. Perhaps that was partially just my limited view of the times, and my
lack of knowledge of who I could ask questions to about certain parts of
code, but it was a real difficulty for me.

So, now we get this very exciting email about meeting rotation...

Being able to attend weekly/bi-weekly meetings would be wonderful! This new
schedule would be a big difference maker for me personally, and it's the
most exciting email (for me) in the bf-commiters mail in a long time. I do
read them all, and long for the days when I was helping contribute to
Blender something more significant than compiling a binary every once in a
while.

Thank you Ton and the Blender community.
