[Bf-committers] Proposal - new meeting schedule for 2016

Hi,
In my proposal, Mountain time would mean meetings start at 11h for you, even better.
Having a 10 AM mountain time meeting would exclude long sleeping people in PST again.
Further I like it to have 3 big cities for timezones you can remember easily. LA, AMS, SYD.
