[Bf-committers] mingwin libs missing ImfPartHelper.h file

Hi,
The following lib folders are missing the file ImfPartHelper.h :

mingw32
mingw64
mingw64_gcc49

For now we can just copy the file from any of the windows* lib folders:
https://svn.blender.org/svnroot/bf-blender/trunk/lib/win64/openexr/include/OpenEXR/ImfPartHelper.h
