[Bf-committers] Building on Windows -- Issues with cmake default settings ?

Hi;

I have an issue with building blender from a fresh setup:

fetch the blender sources and the runtime libraries for windows-7 (64 bit)
install CMake-2.8.12.2
generate the build environment for visual studio community edition

Now i run into a cmake error when i try to configure:

However, when i disable WITH_CYCLES_OSL then i can build blender.

So my question is:
Why does CMake complain about missing cmake variables?
And what can i do to fix this ?
Maybe i forgot to install something ?
