[Bf-committers] OSL update needed

I've prepared a repository on github with the 1.5.11 tag and the patch
applied:

https://github.com/Nazg-Gul/OpenShadingLanguage/tree/blender-align-fix

For until we switch to OSL 1.6 would suggest using this branch.
