[Bf-committers] dev.b.o update

Hi,

We've updated dev.b.o site today. It solves some issues (like error404
after creating a new project), but it also bring one new "feature" which
isn't so cool for us.

Namely it now sends an email to author, committer and subscribers when
pushing a new commit to the repository.

After couple of attempts didn't find a quick way to silence this forever,
for the time being you can disable this annoyance by going to
https://developer.blender.org/settings/panel/emailpreferences/ and setting
"A commit is created" to avoid sending the mail.
