[Bf-committers] Mail flow accident

Hey all,

Today we had an accident with blender.git branch comitted to contrib addons
repository. Git repo has been cleaned hours ago, but seems phabricator
picked up all the commits and started parsing them leading to loads of mail
sent from developer.blender.org.

I'm working on cleaning mail and indexing queues now to prevent thousands
mail to be sent still, but seems i'm a bit late on this and quite a few
mail were already sent.

Indexing of git repositories would be unavailable meanwhile.
