[Bf-committers] Bug: Rotating Object In Viewport causes a crash

  Funny, I just downloaded the Win 32 bit version, Blender 2.70, and I got
an error when starting the application.    The DLL libiconv-2.dll is
missing.    I noticed this has been an on going problem.
