[Bf-committers] About requests package of Python.

Hi, Devs.

I think that it was located under site-packages folder before.
It comes to look like it in the release folder of the library.
However, there is not the requests folder in site-packages folder when I build.
The requests folder is located at the upper hierarchy.
Is this right?
