[Bf-committers] Blender compiled but cannot run

Hi Yousef,

There is a Windows_Vc12 and a a win64_vc12 libs directory in svn.
 Visual Studio 2012 and 2013 support is experimental, I think that is the reason it wasn't announced yet.

is there a VS 2013 libs in SVN, if so why wasn't it announced! thank you.
