[Bf-committers] Reminder to note new features in release logs

Hi,
another friendly reminder to all developers:

Every user noticeable change and new features should be noted in the 
Release Logs.
Fancy images and long descriptions can be done at the end of the release 
cycle, but at least mention the change in a short one liner + GIT commit 
link right after the commit!
