[Bf-committers] Cycles and voxel data texture?

As it is written in release notes, Cycles smoke rendering is possible by
using smoke domain mesh attributes.
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Dev:Ref/Release_Notes/2.71/Cycles#Fire_and_Smoke_Rendering

There are only 3 object attributes that does not cover the 4 sources of
Voxel Data Textures.
Heat and Velocity can not be used to tweak color or density of smoke.

Textures can be shared between several materials and mapped with various
methods.
Object attributes do not need mapping coordinates, indication of smoke
domain.

It is easier to set up but also less flexible.
