[Bf-committers] developer.blender.org maintaince

developer.blender.org is back online.

The update brings all the fixes which were accumulated in the upstream in
the past few months. It also allows us to remove some hacks in the code
making it easier to maintain our service in the future. As an additional
thing it brings an updated interface.

Please let me know if there're some issues with the updated site.
