[Bf-committers] Modernizing Video Sequencer Editor UI

David, about one of your first commentaries: I think Adjustment Layers
should not have Trim options, since they have no input data to be cut.

Like Multicams, they have their own Start and Length options, then we can
to use them to change the strip time. It's confusing how the Trim options
that already exist for Adjustment Layers (or Multicam) behave: if you press
K (soft cut), Trim (soft) values will not be changed, just Start and
Length. If you drag the initial and final handlers of the strip, the same
happens. But if you type manually the Trim values, you get something very
weird: changing Start Trim makes the Start Frame change (different behavior
from any other strip type); changing End Trim left the strip with Length=1
instantly.

This way I believe effect strips that are not constrained by a input track,
like Multicam and Adjustment layer should not have Trim options, since
their time can be changed by Start and Length values, and Trim seems to
behave in an unexpected way. What do you think?
