Hi,
I wrote a patch for Blender so that it can receive a list of frames in a
single command line option like -f 4,7,12,55 (against -f 4 -f 7 -f 12 -f 55)

This patch can be further expanded to accommodate the  requirement
Francesco suggested. If someone else is interested in this topic I'll be
happy to do it. Unfortunately I'm not allowed to push patch to blender
trunk so if there's a core developer who  want to review my first patch and
give advises, I'll be happy to go on!
