[Bf-committers] SSL certificates updated

Hey,

Just a heads up that we were approaching the end of our SSL EV cert (the
pretty green bar kind) on https://developer.blender.org/ and our non-EV
cert on https://git.blender.org/ .

Rather than replacing the EV cert and renewing the git cert, we instead
decided to just replace them with our still valid wildcard cert for *.
blender.org. As a result, you will no longer see the long green bar for
dev.b.o, but instead just a regular SSL green lock.

I also updated the gitweb config on git.b.o so that it uses https urls by
default to avoid those ugly looking mixed content warnings, but still
haven't went so far as to force SSL there in case it causes problems for
some clients.

For those that are interested, the fingerprints on our wildcard cert are:

SHA-256 Fingerprint: 50:10:B1:8E:3B:DA:52:80:1F:38:08:01:E6:13:2D:92
21:6E:A3:E2:C5:2F:71:C8:FA:34:21:BB:44:CE:B5:85

SHA-1 Fingerprint: 55:A4:33:46:28:FF:20:69:EF:3A:CA:F1:75:D9:88:8F
07:73:E5:57
