[Bf-committers] Cubin build failing

Hi,

It builds fine for me with CUDA toolkit 5.0 and 6.0, and the buildbot
seems to be building it fine as well. Which CUDA toolkit version do
you have installed? Can be checked with:
/usr/local/cuda/bin/nvcc --version

You could also upgrade to 6.0 since that's the one we will use for the
next release.
