[Bf-committers] DNS migration and outages

Hey gang,

Looks like we had yet more PowerDNS.net outages, so we took the liberty of
migrating blender.org (other domains will follow) to another provider (
he.net).

While some DNS servers have picked up the change, it may take a while for
other ISP's and devices to forgot that we don't use powerdns.net for our NS
records still.

The TTL was only 24 hours, so in theory DNS should be working for everyone
in within a day. Sorry for the problems!
