[Bf-committers] Game Properties - do we need that?

The comment in the code is this:

        # display even when not in game mode because these settings
effect the 3d view
        return (sima and sima.image)  # and (rd.engine == 'BLENDER_GAME')

So it does have some effect still even in the game engine is disabled.
