[Bf-committers] "+" property panel widget name or location

I need to identify the handling code of the "+" widget that pulls out the properties panel which is also used to pull down the preview area on the both setting for the VSE.  I need it specifically to fix the both VSE preview/sequencer bug.


It is difficult to tell the difference from the other very similar named widgets like the 3 line corner chevron widget.
