[Bf-committers] Building error with mingw in Windows7 64bit

Hi, a mingw64 scons build with the default settings here ended fine. Can
you check some things?

* make sure you have the correct mingw64 build as mentioned in our build
page
* make sure your lib folder is properly updated (and you have the correct
lib folder for mingw64)
* try a clean build
* if all else fails, can you paste your user-config.py file?
