[Bf-committers] PSD file is not displayed with a file choice screen of Image Editor.(r60621)

The corresponding build options for CMake and SCons are WITH_IMAGE_PSD
and WITH_BF_PSD, respectively.

You need to add "WITH_BF_PSD = True" to your config file.
